Gentle Yoga Thursday mornings 10:30-11:45am with Kelli!

This is a gentle hatha yoga class that integrates breath, movement, stretching,
balance and some meditation.


Class is designed to provide relaxation for the body, mind and spirit by moving into various postures to inspire a state of equanimity.


Kelli provides a slow and steady sequence with concentration on
being present in the moment. This class is offered with kindness and compassion empowering the student to find freedom for themselves in their personal practice.


Options for postures will be offered making this appropriate for all levels.


Class will conclude with a crystal bowl sound bath during the final resting pose.
