Jessica has trained under Natasha Rizopoulos, Jill Abraham, Nicole Clarke, Nikki Meyers, and S.N. Goenka in Yoga and meditation. She is devoted to helping others thrive. Jessica is inspired by her own continual transformation, as well as witnessing the gifts of yoga received by her students. Jessica stepped into her role as an instructor with the intention of creating a supportive, energetic community, with opportunities to grow and thrive through the ancient wisdom of yoga. Yoga has been a cornerstone in which she has endured addiction, grief and cancer, providing a sense of stability and strength that has illuminated the gifts in adversity. Jessica believes that movement is medicine, and in her own experience, finds that a good sweat each day gives her the ability to take on what life gives with a sense of grace, grit, and gratitude. With her love of mindful movement, Jessica is also becoming certified in Mindbody Therapy. Her classes have a good playlist, breath work, philosophy and therapeutic components.

  Bio

I tried a yoga class at my local gym in 2010 and immediately fell in love with the effects of the practice on my body. Later in 2012 I decided to study the practice more in depth. I graduated as a registered yoga teacher and started teaching at various Cape Cod studios. I've studied with many impactful teachers along the way and honor all yoga lineages.


My classes incorporate a blend of breath in union with poses, as a way to move our energy, assisting us in releasing what no longer serves us along our highest path. I love including gentle hands on adjustments, restorative yoga, meditation and some music to inspire in my classes.


My hunger for knowledge never ceases, as I am always a student first. I aim to share with integrity, this beautiful practice that has been a stronghold for me. Yoga has helped me embody coherence through grief, self worth issues & single parenthood.
