Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any session cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.

In regard to painted feathers and artwork, these items when commissioned, are considered custom and therefore non-refundable upon cancellation.

No-Show Policy:

If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Refunds:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session has been booked and paid for. If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, the client may reschedule the session within 30 days.

Painted feathers and artwork are considered custom and therefore non-refundable.

Emergency Exceptions:

In the case of an emergency, a session may be rescheduled at the coach’s discretion.
