Rose Ray Crystal Bowl Meditation

Join Nicole in this sacred practice of meditation as we gather and surrender into rest and rejuvenation.

Meditation assists us in letting our minds go, resting our bodies and listening to the voice within.

The class is designed as a multi-layered experience using crystal bowls for toning, spoken word and poetry, crystals and essential oils to assist deepening into meditation.

This class is for beginners as well as those who have a meditation practice. Together we gather and find support as we journey into a restful state.
