Few people realize just how healing art can be or how easy it is to actually tap into their creativity. We are conditioned from an early age to believe that anything pertaining to art is best left to the masters, it serves no purpose or requires a specific level of talent that only a gifted few possess. I'm here to tell you, that simply isn't true.
