Holistic Healing Restorative Yoga with Crystal Reiki

Unwind, restore and reset in fully supported restful poses while receiving reiki-attuned hands-on assists. 

We will begin with a chakra-opening guided meditation so that each participant will be in an optimal energetic state for this session. Hand-selected crystals (you may also bring your own, if you prefer) will enhance the healing effects of the gentle poses and individually applied reiki energy.

 The session will conclude with a 20 minute extended restorative savasana (corpse pose) in which the healers will place each participant in a crystal grid centered on stress relief, revitalization and enhancement of self-love.

 This ultimate healing experience for the mind, body, and spirit will last approximately 90 minutes and will be held monthly. 

No previous yoga experience needed; please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
