Cabinet of Curiosities

For those who still look closely. 

Come Closer. 

Every old cabinet has a drawer no one remembers filling.

A key without a known lock.

A folded scrap of paper.

A feather.

A stone carried home from somewhere long forgotten.

A curious little thing kept for no practical reason except that, once upon a time, someone looked at it and thought:

I should keep this.

The Cabinet of Curiosities is a home for those things.

Stories, objects, questions, tiny discoveries, peculiar treasures, hidden messages, and bits of wonder that don't quite belong anywhere else.

You are welcome to open the drawers.

Just don't expect everything inside to explain itself.

OPEN A DRAWER 

You never know what someone thought worth keeping. 

THE UNEXPLAINED SHELF 

Some things have been here so long, nobody remembers why. 

Not everything needs a story.

Not everything needs a meaning.

Some things are simply interesting enough to keep.

KEEPER OF THE KEYS 

Someone has to remember where the drawers are. 

Some collections are carefully planned.

Others simply happen.

A stone comes home in a pocket.

A feather gets tucked into a book.

A key remains long after anyone remembers what it opened.

A note is saved because the handwriting belongs to someone we love.

Over time, these small things begin to tell stories.

Not because they are valuable.

Because they were noticed.

Perhaps that is what a Keeper of the Keys really does.

Not guard the treasures.

Simply remember that they mattered.

BEFORE YOU CLOSE THE DRAWER 

Perhaps you found something worth keeping. 

You don't need to understand everything you discovered here.

You don't even need to remember where you found it.

Perhaps something made you curious.

Perhaps something made you smile.

Perhaps one small thing reminded you of another small thing you had almost forgotten.

That's enough.

The Cabinet will change from time to time.

Something new may appear.

Something else may quietly disappear.

And there will almost certainly be a drawer we haven't opened yet.

Come back and look again sometime.
