The Nourished Heart Retreat

Enter The Nourished Heart, where you are encouraged to come as you are; 

To bring your body, mind, and spirit and allow yourself to be fortified by gentle practices rooted in love. 

Within the sacred container of The Nourished Heart, you will embark on a journey of guided meditation, sound healing, self-reflection, and community.

 A wholesome lunch and snacks will be provided, along with ample time for connection and community.

 We will encapsulate our time together with a crystal bowl sound bath and closing circle.

In addition, Sheree and Nicole will be offering private Reiki Healing and/or Heart-to-Heart Guidance sessions after the closing circle.

These one-to-one sessions are limited (sign- ups open the morning for services).

Lunch is provided (contact nhdwrites@gmail.com for food allergies / sensitivities).

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and a journal.
