The Nourished Heart Retreat

Enter The Nourished Heart, a full-day restorative retreat facilitated by Sheree

Asdot and Nicole Donovan. 

We begin our day together by delving into the

teachings and divine energy of the Goddess of compassion, Kuan Yin, and explore

ways to bring nourishment to the body, mind, and spirit.

 We will travel deep within the heart through guided meditation and reflective writing to cultivate

ways we can support ourselves as we navigate the daily landscape of our lives.

Mid-day you will enjoy a beautiful healthy lunch and ample time for community.

The afternoon session opens with a playful art inspired activity as each person

constructs their unique heart-centered vision board, which they will take home.

Afterwards we will open the circle for sharing and connection. 

The Nourished Heart retreat will close with a Crystal Bowls Sound Bath, allowing time for

integration and deep relaxation to bring you into a state of peace.

As we come together, we find kinship. To love ourselves and each other. Join us

and become nourished and let your love and compassion become the ripple you

wish to see in the world.
