Tarot and Shadow Work

This workshop will guide us into a journey of self-realization.

The workshop will be a 2-hour collective experience where I will be discussing the integration of the "shadow" with light of our psyche.

This gathering will introduce a card (revealed in the workshop) from the Major Arcana of the Tarot that we can call upon to be a guide for each one of us as we embark on our own personal journey of "Shadow Work".

The workshop will guide an individual into the portal of "seeing" Seeing, being the observer of our own thoughts and awareness of our own varying emotional states. Particularly, the thoughts we resist.

This resistance being the very core of our symptomatic aspect of our emotional nature, leading us into and unfortunately, more times than not brings on seasons of depression shot through with anxiety locking us into unhealthy perceptions of oneself, others, and the world around us.

Together we will take a look at how to integrate the Tarot in our own personal shadow work journey, how to begin, what shadow work is and what it is not, and ultimately clearing the dharmic path, understanding detachment with love and practicing loving awareness for ourselves, others, our world, and our Mother Universe, taking back our power, our self-love and accessing the inner peace and bliss that we all possess.
