Sober Sister Circle

This is a full day event that will include meditation, yoga and other healing modalities, a lunch break and a beach hike. There will be ample time for socializing so you can leave with a new circle of supportive, sober friends.

Our Day Together:

10am- Arrival and grounding. Journaling. Chatting. Card Pulling.

10:30-Opening Sharing Circle- who are you? What brings you here?

10:45- Guided Meditation

11:00- Yoga

12:00- Lunch Break & an opportunity to explore local restaurants/ cafes.

1:00-Sharing Circle

1:30-Energy Work & Reiki

2:30-depart for Sandy Neck beach

3:00- beach hike and ocean healing

4:00- say goodbyes or opt to stay and watch the sunset

Please:

*dress according to the predicted weather. We will be spending some of our time outside. This includes sneakers for our hike.

*wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and bring a yoga mat

*bring water, snacks and a packed lunch (if you prefer to eat at Two Feathers rather than going out)

*note that we will be following current CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of all attendees

About the Host:

 Renee Carlson is a local a mom of two who once lived a life of monotony and average-ness, counting down the hours until I could have a drink. I started a new way of life in 2018, one that didn't include alcohol. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of women around the globe- women like YOU- to live healthier, happier lives from the inside out. She has her Master’s Degree in Education & is a certified yoga teacher and reiki healer as well as a professional life and recovery coach.
