Rose Ray Crystal Bowl Meditation

Nicole Hendrick Donovan invites you to join her in this sacred offering of meditation in a kind and love-centered environment.

 Rose Ray Meditation was created as a container for stillness, support, and peace. Meditation is a self-care practice which assists us to observe and let go, rest our bodies, and listen to the voice within. 

Rose Ray Meditation is a multi-layered experience, weaving the frequencies and harmonics of the crystal bowls, original spoken word and poetry, and aromatherapy to support deep relaxation. 

We will close our time together with a personal message and circle share. This class for beginners as well as seasoned meditators to come together in community and feel supported.

Registration is required as space is limited. Please bring your own blanket and pillow to make yourself feel cozy.
