Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing and Reiki by Erin

This gentle, support and restorative class is designed to bring relaxation to our bodies and mind and to help release deeper held tensions in our joints, muscles and fascia.

The class will begin with subtle movements to loosen up and then a series of poses designed to relax you as well as create space within our bodies.

Sound Healing using Tibetan Bowls and Tuning Forks as well as Reiki will be offered throughout the class.

These gentle poses are meant to restore and relax so no prior yoga knowledge or training is needed!

Please wear warm, comfortable clothes that allow for full movement.

Due to limited parking, please try to park as closely to your neighbor as possible!

There are now tenants that rent the two attached private residences - please also be mindful to park in front of Two Feathers Healing Arts Center and not in front of the residences*
