Restorative Yoga with Sound and Crystal Healing

This 75-minute session will ground, restore, and reset your physical and energetic body to make you feel more balanced, relaxed and centered in your day-to-day life. You will be gently guided through relaxing restorative yoga poses using pillows, blankets and other props. While you rest in each position, you will be bathed in sound healing using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, a singing pyramid and tuning forks. The final extended savasana (corpse pose) will include a personal crystal grid used to amplify healing.

Mats, bolsters and blankets provided. Session is limited to 6 participants; there will be no hands-on assists.
