Nautilus Reflective Writer's Circle

Reflective writing is a powerful healing modality used throughout time for introspection, inspiration and to gain clarity. We will use different writing prompts to muse upon and write our impressions in our journals. 

This class is designed to build a reflective writer's toolbox, one which can be utilized at any time for years to come. By circling up in community, you will find kinship and connection as we explore the deeper meanings within. 

This writer's group is for seekers, both beginners and seasoned individuals. We meet for 1.5 hours on the first Friday of every month from 6pm to 7:30pm
