Meet your instructor, Susanne Ricardo:

20+years of professional experience in NYC and MA. I was a

manager for Benefit, Prescriptives, MAC and Origins. I only use

cruelty free products.

Having an artist background I have done makeup for as long as I

can remember, friends proms, first dates, weddings, theatre,

etc.

I have done makeup professionally for 20+ years now. I started

my professional makeup career in New York City for Benefit

Cosmetics in Bloomingdale's and later Henri Bendel on 5th

Avenue. Moving home to Massachusetts I became a manager for

Benefit cosmetics in Filene's, Chestnut Hill (Newton, Ma) and

then worked as a manager for Prescriptives cosmetics in Macy's

Downtown Crossing, Boston...Gypsy indeed.

Love brought me to Cape Cod, where I've had the honor of

working for MAC cosmetics. I was the MAC manager at Macy's

Hyannis for just under 6 years. Ever looking for a change and a

challenge, I then became the store manager for Origins

cosmetics in Mashpee Commons. In June 2015 I left corporate

cosmetics to start my own business. I joke it's my "gypsy

lifestyle".(I'm not really a gypsy)

Most recently while doing my own business I was also the MAC

specialist for Ulta Hyannis. I started GypsyEyeMakeup as a

travel bridal makeup business but have now moved into classes

only. You will see my past bridal work in the testimonials and

photos on my website gypsyeyemakeup.ismystylist.com
