Awakening the Chakras with Nancy Lord

This course teaches how to open to the "I AM THAT I AM".   

An awakening to your spiritual and physical intelligent body through sound, vibration and specific words.  Additionally, you will learn how to meditate as well as its importance in your spiritual journey.

Course objectives include; 

• Know and locate your Chakra nervous system
• Align to your Higher Self and God spirit
• Trust your instincts and intuition in a fast-paced world
• How to let go of the things that are holding you back and weighing you down
• Find your state of BEING through Love, Intelligence and Power
• How to empty your mind for the "I AM THAT I AM"

THIS IS A FOUR WEEK COURSE AND RUNS EACH THURSDAY IN JULY FROM 6PM - 8PM

 Lesson One - We will study where the Chakras are on the body as well as their functions, seed sounds and an accompanying meditation

Lesson Two - Learning how to align ones True Self. We will learn how to course correct, explore what feeds our soul and finding our happiness. review the Chakra meditation

Lesson Three - We will learn how to let go of what's holding us down and back through the power of sound and forgiveness.  Experience the Twin Flame meditation.

Lesson Four - Learning how to bring the light into ourselves becoming the light for us, our loved ones, communities and Mother Earth.
